Join us as we welcome the National Jewish Book Award winning cartoonist and graphic novelist, Liana Finck, and celebrate the release of her new book entitled “Let There Be Light: The Real Story of Her Creation”. In this graphic novel, Finck reimagines the story of Genesis with God as a woman, Abraham as a resident of New York City, and Rebekah as a robot, among many other delightful twists. The program’s conversation will cover her award winning contributions to The New Yorker, the book, her instagram account with over half a million followers, her creative process and more.
The author will sign books after the program.
