History is Happening Now

The Weitzman National Museum of American Jewish History is collecting artifacts related to the events, emotions, and experiences of American Jewish individuals and communities on and after October 7, 2023. Help us ensure that this historic period is documented and preserved for future generations.

The artifacts we’re seeking include:

  • Flyers and posters
  • Banners
  • Artwork
  • T-shirts/clothing
  • Religious objects
  • Photographs
  • Personal objects

We will collect artifacts representing all perspectives and opinions on this historic moment. We will also collect examples of antisemitism and anti-Zionism. Your artifact donation will empower the Weitzman to fulfill its mission to preserve, explore, and celebrate the experiences of American Jews, especially during this critical moment in history.

If you would like to help in this effort, please fill out this form. A Weitzman representative will respond to you within one week. Questions? Reach out to us at curatorial@theweitzman.org.
