Hanukkah Market at The Weitzman National Museum of American Jewish History Expands with “Nosh & Shop” Holiday Event

Last Sunday, The Weitzman National Museum of American Jewish History expanded its popular Hanukkah Market with a new Nosh & Shop event. This special Hanukkah shopping experience featured unique Jewish gifts, artisan crafts, and delicious kosher food, creating a festive holiday atmosphere in the heart of Philadelphia.

The Nosh & Shop: Hanukkah Market at The Weitzman highlights Jewish culture and American Jewish heritage through a diverse range of local artists, creators, and food vendors. This event marks the start of the Museum’s Winter holiday celebrations leading up to their inclusive family event, Being ___ at Christmas on December 25.

Nosh & Shop featured several vendors selling crafts of all kinds. The market’s jewelry and artisan merchants included Freida Rothman Jewelers, Glenn Grubard Designs,  JackieG Gems, Joy Stember Metal Arts Studio, and Tokin’ Jew. Humans of Judaism, Old Jewish Men, and Midrash Manicures all provided unique gifts. Finally, kosher and local food vendors consisted of Lilah Events and K’Far Cafe (specialty sufganiyot and borekas), 37 Chocolates (kosher chocolate bars), Perrystead Dairy, and Second Daughter Artisanal Bakery.
