Jake Cohen is the New York Times bestselling author of Jew-ish and I Could Nosh, star of A&E’s Jake Makes It Easy, and, most importantly, a nice Jewish boy from New York. Jake and his recipes have been featured on Rachael Ray, The Drew Barrymore Show, Live with Kelly and Ryan, Good Morning America, and the Food Network and in The New York Times, Food & Wine, The Wall Street Journal, Bon Appetit, and Forbes, among others. When he’s not posting challah- braiding videos and recipes on his Instagram and TikTok, he’s eating and galivanting around New York City.

Michael Solomonov is a beloved champion of Israel’s extraordinarily diverse culinary landscape, and the chef widely recognized for bringing Israeli cuisine to diners across the U.S., and around the world. He is Chef of the trailblazing restaurant Zahav, and co-owner of Philadelphia’s CookNSolo Restaurants with hospitality entrepreneur, Steve Cook. Solomonov is the co-author of three cookbooks, and the recipient of five James Beard awards including “Outstanding Restaurant” for Zahav, making it the first Israeli-American restaurant to be awarded this great honor. The CookNSolo portfolio also features Federal Donuts, Dizengoff, Goldie, K’Far, Laser Wolf, and Lilah. CookNSolo expanded to Brooklyn bringing grill house sensation Laser Wolf, Israeli bakery & café K’Far, and Jaffa Cocktail & Raw Bar to The Hoxton hotel. Solomonov is a member of the American Culinary Corps and was appointed by President Biden to the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness & Nutrition. Outside of the restaurants, you can often find Mike with Steve at Pho 75 in South Philly, working out the kinks in their Israeli village.

Alex Edelman is a critically acclaimed comedian and storyteller whose hit show JUST FOR US ran over 500 performances worldwide, landed on Broadway, and premiered as an HBO special in 2024—earning him a Tony Award, an Emmy, and a spot on the Time 100 list. He has appeared in Jerry Seinfeld’s Unfrosted, is developing a film with A24, and recently sold his debut nonfiction collection, I Don’t Belong Here. Edelman’s writing credits include The Great Indoors (CBS), Teenage Bounty Hunters (Netflix), and Saturday Night Seder. A former speechwriter for the Los Angeles Dodgers and Boston Red Sox, he has also written for The Atlantic, The Believer, and ESPN’s 30 for 30. He will next star in Greg Daniels’ Peacock series The Paper, where he also serves as Consulting Producer.

Benj Pasek is an Academy Award, Tony Award, and Grammy Award–winning lyricist and composer, best known as one half of the celebrated songwriting duo Pasek and Paul. Alongside his writing partner Justin Paul, he has created music for Broadway hits including Dear Evan Hansen, A Christmas Story, and Dogfight, as well as major film projects such as La La Land, The Greatest Showman, and Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile. Pasek’s work is acclaimed for blending emotional storytelling with innovative musical styles, earning him recognition as one of the most influential voices in contemporary musical theatre and film.
