Butterfly Kiss
Director Zohar Dvir
10 min | Germany | Hebrew with English subtitles
Carol panics and argues with her girlfriend Ray after an unexpected proposal. The situation gets worse when she wakes up in an apocalyptic reality and terribly discovers that Ray has transformed into a butterfly.
Guygu
Director Jordan Barr and Chen Heifetz
7 min| Israel | Hebrew with English subtitles
Nominated for the Israeli Oscar for Best Animated Short Film
A short, animated documentary about Guy Gilboa Dalal, who was kidnapped from the Nova party and is being held as a hostage by Hamas. The film blurs the lines between reality and fantasy – between the horrifying moments of the kidnapping, drawn from real footage provided by Guy’s family, and the agonizing silence that followed.
Hot Fish
Director Yael Reisfeld
7 min | Israel | No dialogue
A hungry lion fish in the red sea accidentally swallows a fisherman’s porn-infested phone and turns into a glamorous seduction mutation, experiencing the complexity of human sexuality.
Orly Loses Hope
Director Yarden Ben Tabou De Leon
8 min | Israel | Hebrew with English subtitles
Orly’s optimistic worldview is shattered when she witnesses the death of a pigeon. In order to move on, she tries her best to find some meaning in what happened.
untitled journal entry_2025
Director Paula Stuttman
4 min | SA | English
