Counting Down to 2026

Thank you for your support all year long!
We couldn’t do what we do without you. Every gift supports our educational work, teaching the joyful, powerful, and true stories of Jewish life in America as an antidote to antisemitism.
This past year, you joined us for dozens of programs in person and online. From welcoming beloved James Beard award-winning baker Dorie Greenspan and public luminary Rabbi Angela Buchdahl, to hosting the number one Jewish podcast Being Jewish with Jonah Platt, along with myriad film screenings and family days, you have made it an extraordinary year.
Stay tuned for our 2026 program calendar. You can view available recordings from past programs at any time by clicking back through the calendar.
The excitement is mounting for our three new exhibitions opening in 2026! From our groundbreaking original exhibition The First Salute—a remarkable and practically untold story of Jewish involvement in the American Revolution, to a magically colorful immersive family space, and stories of ‘everyday’ antisemitism, The Weitzman will come to life and bring relevant stories to the fore in an entirely new way in 2026. We can’t wait to welcome you.
Every day our amazing educators bring the stories of American Jewish history to life for students of all ages and backgrounds. Public, private, religious, and Jewish school students all have a meaningful opportunity to encounter Jewish American stories, fostering empathy and understanding, and learning how countering hate promotes a healthy democracy.
Standards-aligned curriculum and our signature offering, Stories That Shaped a Nation: Jewish Lives in America, make it easy for educators to include these integral stories into their existing units.
