Donor-Advised Funds
A donor-advised fund (DAF) is a tax-advantaged investment account for individuals and families to make charitable donations to nonprofits. Donor-advised funds are considered the fastest-growing charitable giving vehicle in the United States. DAF owners make donations to their funds, which are maintained by a sponsoring organization that provides a tax receipt, and then recommend grant distributions to nonprofit organizations of their choosing.
Please consider a DAF recommendation to The Weitzman to help the Museum provide educational experiences and programs about the America Jewish experience that push back against rising antisemitism, bigotry, and hatred. Your generosity helps people of all backgrounds understand the American Jewish experience and explore our shared responsibility for pursuing equality and justice together.
DAF Sponsoring Organizations
Sponsoring organizations include (but are not limited to):
BNY Mellon, Fidelity Charitable, Goldman Sachs Philanthropy Fund, Jewish Communal Fund, Jewish Community Foundation of Mercer County, National Philanthropic Trust, Schwab Charitable and Vanguard Charitable.
