Molly Yeh – Chinese-Jewish Celebrity Chef, Cookbook Author, Restaurateur, Mother, and Social Media Sensation – is Releasing a New Desserts Cookbook in March

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (February 12, 2025) – Celebrity chef Molly Yeh is coming to Philly for a SWEET FARM! cookbook launch event at the Weitzman National Museum of American Jewish History (The Weitzman) on March 5 during Women’s History Month.

Molly Yeh is the Emmy Award– and James Beard Foundation Award-nominated star of Food Network’s series Girl Meets Farm. She is the author of the New York Times bestselling Home Is Where the Eggs Are and Molly on the Range, which was the winner of the IACP Judge’s Choice Award in 2016, and is the creator of the lifestyle food blog my name is yeh, Saveur’s 2015 “Food Blog of the Year.” She was named to Forbes’ 30 under 30 list and The Forward 50 for 2017 and was a Glamour Woman of the Year in Food in 2019.

Molly will discuss her new cookbook with Philadelphia’s own James Beard Foundation Award-winning restaurateur Ellen Yin, founder and co-owner of High Street Hospitality Group, which operates some of the country’s most celebrated dining establishments, including a.kitchen + bar, Fork, and High Street Restaurant & Bakery.

Between her upbringing and now living on a sugar beet farm, Molly speaks fluent sugar, so recipes for sweets come naturally—as does her drive to perfect them in flavor, texture, and ease.

SWEET FARM!: More Than 100 Cookies, Cakes, Salads (!), and Other Delights from My Kitchen on a Sugar Beet Farm will be released the day before this event. It features cookies, bars, salads, desserts for breakfast, cakes, pies, no-bake sweets, and drinks, ranging from 5-minute treats to weekend project showstoppers. Favorite recipes include:
